Dragon To The Rescue - Canvas

Law In Love - Canvas

This photo of hubby and I was created around a police shield.  I began with coating the canvas with gesso.
Once dry I began to glue down embellishments where I wanted.  I then painted it using red paint, then I dry brushed it all with white and placed unpainted gears throughout.

You like... I do.

Steampunk Art Journal

One of the pages I created in my Art Journal the picture is from the Aristocrats from Scraplove.  On the background I used TH Distress Inks and created some water spots via "Flick & Spritz" technique I learned from one of Tim Holtz's classes.  Around the image I adhered some micro gears, made some white splatter with a gel pen.  The word Steampunk was created with a stamp then I use TH Embossing Glaze, applied the heat gun and watched it come alive.  The powder glaze is one of my fave products from Tim.

On this second art journal page I basically did the same as the first page with the exception of a gear stencil that I used.
Hope you like.  Stay safe!

Workman's Tag

This is my most favorite tag.  I covered it with TH's  metallic adhesive sheets.  Then I used Tim's embossing folder and my metal tools to create deeper holes.  I then added the various embellishments and the hanging tiny tools I put on fishing wire so they dangle.

                                          Enjoy everyone!

Steampunk Birdie

Here I created this tag by using a background stamps The large bird is mainly created with TH embellishments and one of his dies.  I gave it a blue color using my Copic marker.  The tree is another Tim Holtz die, I used wire to wrap around it and glued moss throughout the tree and inside the bird nest.  I broke a small terra cotta pot and covered it with aluminum foil and colored it blue with my Copic marker.  The sentiment is TH from his ideology collection, used blue wire to wrap it behind the tag.
The remaining elements were from various brands.

Take care and you are inspired!

As I was a member of the DT over at "A Perfect Time To Craft' hosted by Anne Mathieson who is a wonderful Team Leader/Boss.
Art By Marlene stamps were used on this tag.   On this #8 TI used my Copic markers to color in the pieces and for the background I used Tim Holtz Distress Inks, stencil and white gel pen.

Charlie Chaplin

My favorite comedian, Charlie Chaplin.  I used his stamp on this tag
as well as Distress Ink, used the flick and spritz technique that created the cool blotches.

I love my Charlie...

NYC Girl

This tag was created a while ago since I'm transfering from one blog to another.
I embossed this tag, used metallic paper to cut out the balloons.   Copic markers used to color a few of the balloons, added black string  Added ribbon to the bottom and embellishment were added.

I miss NYC, the NYC I knew as a teen and young adult.
The NYC now is troublesome.
